Do you know how to maintain an automatic screw locking machine? Here are the maintenance guidelines:

1. Regularly clean the screw storage hopper to keep it tidy. Clean the screw feeding system on a routine basis for smooth operation. Apply an appropriate amount of grease to moving parts periodically, and store the machine in a well-ventilated and dry environment.

2. Clean the screw track regularly to guarantee smooth screw transportation. Some screws are pre-oiled, and oil stains will accumulate on the track after long-term operation and cause blockages. Wipe the track with oiled cloth instead of water when the machine is idle.

3. Clean the outer surface of the electrical cabinet regularly. Dirt left unattended will lead to peeling of the cabinet paint finish.

4. Inspect air pipes and electrical wires frequently to prevent rodent damage that may affect subsequent operation.

5. Power on and connect air supply periodically to inspect machine performance. Turn off the power when the automatic screw machine is not in use, and form the habit of cutting power after every shift.
