How to choose the determination method for air tightness testing?

The system provides a total of 7 determination methods, which can be divided into pressure drop determination (Pa), pressure drop rate determination (Pa/S, Pa/Min), flow determination (ml/S, ml/Min), leakage rate Determination (Pa*ml/S) and determination of quality (g/year).

Pressure drop determination: It is only related to the detection time, and it does not participate in the calculation of the workpiece volume. This method is more clear. This method can be used when the mature product that has undergone long-term verification has a fixed experience determination value.

The determination of the pressure drop rate: the uncertainty of the detection time can be swept away. Within a certain period of time, the pressure drop rate has a linear relationship at the same time, and at the same time, it can not think about whether the volume parameter setting can be accurate.

Flow determination method: it means that the leakage volume of the workpiece is linear in a certain period of time. At this time, it is necessary to consider the volume parameter. If the workpiece volume is not different, the pressure leakage is different in the form of pressure drop determination. The actual volume leakage is The leakage rate of the workpiece with larger volume is larger.

Leak rate determination method: combining the advantages of pressure drop rate determination and flow determination, the two are separated, which means the pressure drop per unit volume in a certain time.

Quality determination: The unit of grams per year is used, mainly referring to the parameters of helium detection, and the density coefficient of the detection medium is brought into the calculation.
