I. Application Scope

The cap closing machine is ideal capping equipment for cap manufacturers, packaging factories, food plants and daily chemical factories. It is applicable to flip caps, oil bottle caps, vinegar bottle caps, cosmetic caps and other cap types.

This automatic machine is specially developed for integrated flip caps. Integrated flip caps remain open after injection molding and need to be fully closed before delivery to downstream manufacturers. Manual closing is slow, low-efficiency and yields unsatisfactory closing results, driving up production costs for manufacturers.

II. Equipment Features

2. Gaskets are inserted flatly at high speed with high efficiency, ensuring safe and hygienic finished products.

3. Optional safety protection devices for automatic shutdown when caps or aluminum foils are missing.

4. Conveying system delivers caps with precise positioning. Randomly loaded caps in the vibrating feeder are automatically sorted and fed into guide rails, then transferred by rotary disc to the gasket inserting station for finished output.

5. Mechanical conveying and positioning structure ensures stable and reliable operation, compatible with various sizes of caps and aluminum foils. Quick and simple replacement of rotary discs, gasket cylinders and suction cups when switching cap specifications.

III. Equipment Composition

1. Automatic cap sorting mechanism: Arranges disordered caps and outputs them with cap openings facing upward.

2. Glue dispensing mechanism (optional): Completes glue dispensing before gasket insertion.

3. Gasket inserting mechanism: Automatically pushes gaskets into caps.

4. Cap conveying mechanism: Transports sorted caps to the gasket inserting station in neat order with accurate positioning.
