Operation Precautions: Solder joints should not be over-soldered, and the solder volume should be moderate. Excessive solder will easily lead to short circuits between adjacent solder points. The solder shall form a small semicircle covering component pins to achieve neat and high-quality PCB soldering effect.

In addition, the connecting wires of the soldering machine cannot be too thin or too long, and the voltage drop during soldering shall not exceed 5% of the original voltage. Operators must wear gloves, safety goggles and other protective equipment during operation. Do not clean the soldering iron tip on a sponge during operation; just scrape residual solder into a special solder collection box to prevent the tip temperature from dropping sharply. After daily operation, clean the machine, tin the iron tip sufficiently, and cut off the power supply immediately to prolong the service life of the equipment.
