Precautions for soldering operation: Solder joints should not be overfilled; the ideal solder volume is one-third to two-thirds saturation. Excess solder may cause short circuits between adjacent joints. The solder should form a small semicircle wrapping component pins, delivering neat and optimal PCB soldering results.

In addition, the connecting wires of the soldering machine shall not be too thin or overly long, and the voltage drop during operation shall not exceed 5% of the initial voltage. Operators must wear gloves, safety goggles and other protective gear during work. Do not clean the soldering tip on a sponge while the machine is running; instead, wipe excess solder off the tip into a dedicated solder collection box to avoid sharp temperature drop of the tip. After daily use, clean the machine thoroughly, coat the tip with a thin layer of solder, then cut off the power supply immediately to extend the service life of the equipment.
